- Blend the marinade ingredients in a blender and pour over the beef chunks.
- Mix well and place the marinated beef into a stainless-steel food container (Titanium PaL).
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Thread the meat onto wooden skewers, alternating with the vegetables.
- Heat the Red Series PaL non-stick griddle pan on medium heat and grill the souvlaki evenly on each side until browned.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve.

You will need
- 900g beef (sirloin), cut into chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into small pieces
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into small pieces
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into small pieces
- 1 onion, cut into small pieces

- 60g milk
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ garlic clove
- ½ tsp thyme
- Salt and pepper
